This website can generally be used without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on this website, for example via a contact form or when you contact us by email or phone, this is done only to the extent necessary.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data in so-called server log files. This may include in particular the following data:
IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system used, and technical access data.
This processing serves to ensure the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of our website.
We do not combine this data with other data sources.
Where required, we have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Contact form and contact by email or phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. This may include in particular your name, email address, phone number, city, selected service, type of property, scope, preferred date and the content of your message. If you upload photos of the property via the contact form, these images are processed solely to assess and handle your enquiry.
Processing takes place in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, insofar as your enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing contractual relationship. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the proper handling of your enquiry. If you expressly give consent, processing is additionally based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

We store your enquiry only for as long as is necessary for processing. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless there is a legal obligation or technical necessity.
5. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. In detail, the following cookies may be used:
Session cookie
A session cookie, for example PHPSESSID, may be required for the secure operation of the contact form and to protect against misuse. This cookie is usually deleted when you close your browser.
Consent cookie
A cookie named nh_consent may be used to store your decision in the cookie banner or in the cookie settings. The storage period may be up to 12 months.
A cookie named nh_maps stores your decision on whether the Google Maps location map may be loaded automatically. The storage period may be up to 12 months.
Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional provision of our website.
No marketing or tracking cookies are used.
You can change your cookie settings at any time via the cookie settings on this website.
6. Privacy-friendly, pseudonymised visitor statistics without third parties
To improve our website, we measure page views with a self-operated, cookieless and pseudonymised statistics system.
The following data may be processed:
page accessed, language setting, device category (for example desktop, tablet or mobile device), referrer domain where applicable, an approximate city determined locally from the IP address and a one-way pseudonymised daily identifier.
This daily identifier is generated from technical connection data using a cryptographic hash function and a secret salt. It is not reversible, changes daily and serves exclusively for pseudonymised reach measurement.
The IP address is used only temporarily to create the daily identifier and determine an approximate city. Complete IP addresses are not stored, no tracking cookies are set and no analytics data is transmitted to third parties.
The statistics run only after your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie settings with effect for the future.
7. Web fonts
This website uses fonts for a consistent and attractive presentation of the content. The fonts are embedded locally on our server, so no connection to third-party servers takes place when they are loaded.
8. Google Maps
A map from Google Maps is embedded on this website to show our location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The map loads automatically only after you have allowed optional services in the consent banner or privacy settings. Your IP address, technical device information and information about your use of the map may then be transmitted to Google. Google may also set cookies in this context.
The map is loaded on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Your decision is stored for up to twelve months and can be changed at any time in the cookie settings. Without consent, no connection to Google Maps is established through the map area.
